Sutton Council Anti Litter Campaign

Sutton Councils Anti Litter Campaign. To raise public awareness the council placed 11 tonnes of litter on Sutton High Street. This is the amount the council pick up each day across the borough, they did pick it up again afterwards. It costs the council £4 million a year to pick up the litter.
